1. We reply you within 2 days after receiving your booking request.
    If you don't receive our reply within 2 days, please check your spam mail box
    (especially gmx, gmail and other special website e-mail user)

2. Guest should re-confirm the booking with arrival time 5 days before their check in day.
    If you don't confirm, your booking may be cancelled.

3. If you arrive later than your informed arrival time, you should inform us in advance by phonecall
    to keep your booking.
    If you arrive late without notice, your bed may be given to other guest when we are busy.

    From booking confirmation -
    7 days before check in : 10% charge
    6 days before check in : 20% charge
    5 days before check in : 30% charge
    4 days before check in : 40% charge
    3 days before check in : 50% charge
    2 days before check in : 80% charge
    1 days before check in - no show up : 100% charge
